Management and Board
A Record of Success
Orezone is lead by an experienced
management team, Board of Directors and Advisory Committee
that are made of professional geologists, engineers and
financers who have significant hands-on experience at
every stage of gold exploration, development and
production. They have been involved in the exploration,
discovery, development and operation of more than 20 gold
mines including many in West Africa. They are passionate
about what they do, and are persistent, aggressive and
extremely efficient in their approach.

Ronald N. Little - Chief Executive Officer & Director
Mr. Little is a Professional Engineer and a geologist and the founder of the Corporation. He has
more than twenty years of experience, at senior levels, in exploration, mine development and mine operations. He has held previous positions for both major and junior companies in regards to projects world-wide including Assistant Mine Manager, Assistant Mine Superintendent, Chief Geologist, and V.P. Exploration. His corporate finance skills have been gained by taking Orezone from an insolvent shell to an emerging intermediate producer. Mr. Little is also a director of Platmin Limited.

Pascal Marquis,
President
Mr. Marquis graduated in geology from the University of Montreal in 1985 and earned a PhD for his study of Agnico-Eagle's La Ronde Gold Mine in 1990. Pascal has more than 20 years of experience in mineral exploration with major and junior companies including extensive experience in Africa. |

Greg Bowes,
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bowes holds an MBA from Queens University. He was Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Orezone from October 2005 to March 2007
and he rejoined the company in that position in
April 2008. Mr. Bowes was previously CEO of San
Anton Resources. He has also been president of an international engineering company and Vice President of Northgate Exploration Limited. |

Niel Marotta – V.P. Corporate Finance & Development
Niel Marotta has played a significant role with Orezone since August 2006, working with management on corporate strategy as well as investor relations and communications. In his current role he was instrumental in the Essakane acquisition transaction. Prior to joining Orezone, Niel worked for Fidelity Investments as a research analyst and portfolio manager, analyzing several industries including banks, media, consumer products and precious metals. From March 2000 to February 2003 he managed the Fidelity Select Gold and Precious Metals Fund. Niel Marotta graduated from McGill University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. |

Sean Homuth – Vice President, Finance and Administration
Mr. Homuth is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant with several years of financial accounting and public company reporting experience with Ernst & Young LLP and Nortel Networks.
He has a strong background in Canadian and US financial accounting and public company reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and external audit. Mr. Homuth holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Highest Honours) degree from Carleton University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is registered as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. |

Charles
Taschereau – Vice President
Mr. Taschereau is a professional Mining Engineer. He has over 15 years of experience in the operation and development of mining projects; mostly overseas in Africa, South America and Europe. Charles has a BScA and a MSc in Mining Engineering (Laval), a MBA (Curtin), GMP (Harvard) and is also a Professional Project Manager (PMP), Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) and a Chartered Professional (CP). He joined Orezone and the management team of the Essakane project in January 2008. |

Orezone's board complements the management team by
providing additional expertise in exploration, mining,
operations, and finance. Members of the board have lived
and worked in West Africa and Burkina Faso for decades,
worked with gold mining companies, negotiated with the
Burkina Faso government, and are well-connected within
West Africa.

Michael H. Halvorson – Director
Michael H. Halvorson has been involved in various aspects of the securities industry since 1967. Since 1980, he has been the President of Halcorp Capital Ltd., a private investment corporation. Mr. Halvorson also serves as a Director of Gentry Resources Ltd., NovaGold Resources Inc., Strathmore Minerals Corp., Esperanza Silver Corporation, Pediment Exploration Ltd., ICS Copper Systems Inc. and Fission Energy Corp. Notable past directorships include Western Silver Inc. and Viceroy Exploration Ltd. |

David Netherway – Director
David Netherway is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years of industry experience, 15 of which were spent in West Africa, mainly Guinea and Ghana. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Shield Mining Ltd. He has been associated with Golden Shamrock Mines Ltd., Ashanti, GFL, Nevsun Resources Ltd. and Semafo Inc., and was until 2005 the President and Chief Executive Officer of Afcan Mining Corp. He is an experienced mine developer and operator, and provides the Company with a great deal of expertise and contacts in West Africa. |

Paul Carmel – Director
Paul Carmel is a professional mining engineer with over 20 years of experience in the mining sector, both in industry and in the capital markets. He is currently President and Managing Partner of MinQuest Capital Inc., the sole manager and General Partner of MinQuest Fund I L.P., a global private equity mining fund sponsored by the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. He was previously Vice President and Director of Sentient Asset Management Canada Ltd., a global mining investment fund, as well as Vice President and Senior Gold Analyst at UBS Securities. He graduated from McGill University in Montreal. |

Alain Krushnisky - Director
Mr. Krushnisky is a chartered accountant with 25 years of experience in financial reporting and controls, corporate finance and treasury. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of various resource-related companies including Reunion Gold Corporation, Queensland Minerals Ltd. and Maximus Ventures Ltd. and past CFO of Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corporation. For over 10 years, Mr. Krushnisky was a financial executive for a mid-tier gold producer, Cambior Inc. Mr. Krushnisky holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Ottawa and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. |
